• Who the real instigator is
• Who lied, many times 
• Who assaulted who
• Who did nothing to defuse the situation
• Who knew what was about to happen
• Who didn’t care, as a member(s), that this took place at this location, at this time.

Questions yet to be answered:

• Why was Gina never charged with multiple assaults and lying? Is this no longer a crime in CO? 
• Can she still be charged?    (More to come…?)
• Is assault still a crime, or does making an ignorant reactionary statement after being attacked the bigger crime? (Politics over crime)
• My opinion!  One reactionary statement, that hurt someone's feelings in the state of CO, in Erie, in Weld County, is way more criminal, than someone who physically hurt another. Even when the person attacked is sitting in a chair, two instigators above her, then Gina tells the officer, if I see her again I will hurt her.  She lives up to the words, and throws her through a door, cutting her head open.  Not to mention, she destroyed her property (One’s jewelry is their property).
• What is the appropriate allowable reaction to being attacked, versus Mandy’s “inappropriate“ reaction to being attacked, and then charged with crimes to her reaction.  She was thrown through a glass door, had her head split open, and then arrested because she was furious/irrational at being attacked.  Plus, she saw her husband being arrested after both of them were so tired of the ”bully” (Aku) going after her now multiple times.
• Is perjury still a crime?  Can a few folks, specifically Aparna, maybe Julie, others, still be charged with this crime?  (More to come…?)
• Why is charging someone with a fake hate crime assault, not a crime? 
• Why did EPD claim a random 3rd party threw Mandy through the glass door, when their body cam shows Gina did it?
• Why did EPD not share the video of Gina throwing Mandy through the glass door to the DA?  (Post trial, EPD admitted they had this video and it wasn’t shared) 
• Why did the EPD (totally my opinion) delete  my statement (sent in Monday morning, first statement in) of what happened that evening, which clearly varied from their police report, as if recognizing their mistakes, and covering their tails. 
• Why did EPD think 4 witness statements of who attacked who, plus the 911 call, and what was said in the initial confrontation by all 6 of us outside, versus the 2 statements of Aparna and Gina (fully on body cam, who cannot quite get their stories right, and are clearly lying), think the 4 of us were lying and the 2 of them were telling the truth? Yet still covered up our evidence that didn’t match their incident reports (again, my opinion).
